I once made a sign for a homeless man to hold on the street corner and advertise my home inspection business. I got two inspections from his eight hours. Cost me $80. Never saw the homeless man again.

hell, when my mother-in-law was alive, I would have given him a fiver for the task. (and he woulda lost). Now that she's gone... I'd give the poor fella a sawbuck for the deed (and he'll still lose).
