Eric - Thanks for sharing, I have enjoyed the interviews.  Jacky is right about where she sees the market heading.  To survive we will have take on the role of an advisor which also means we need to be more knowledgeable.

Jennifer, Your comments are always appreciated. The experience and knowledge a qualified realtor provides is more valuable than ever in the current market.

I wonder how many agents will be willing to put on the hat as an advisor. Some might consider it too much work, and hopefully those agents will leave the business. I liked her idea of knowing information nationally about real estate. I am licensed in three states, one being Florida, so I can better help clients when searching for second homes. I enjoy your interviews and as always, look forward to more.
