As of August 2007 there are 3 homes for sale at The Fairways, ranging from $767,500 to $985,000, with 4 bedrooms and around 2400 SF. Five homes have sold in the last 6 months at an average price of $764,000 with about 2400 SF.

The Fairways is near the shopping area along El Camino Real in South Carlsbad and Encinitas, and perhaps a 15 minute drive to the South Carlsbad State Beach. The La Costa Resort and Spa is, of course, a short distance away, offering a handful of upscale shops, the spa and health club, and of course golf and fine dining (Sports and Golf Memberships are available).

Hi Jeff, You do such beautiful presentations. How do you do the backgrounds. Here is my guess , would you tell me if I got this right?

When you start the post, you first use the HTML and add the background color. (or do have these these already pre-set? Then you would add the post content over the color base  in the WYSIWYG .

OK, I gave it my best try. Sure appreciate learning all these little tricks everyone has. I don't have any as yet. But I did download the widget : the Art of Marketing You  and I can't wait to learn how to use it, lol

William - Thanks for your kind words. Actually the credit goes to Mariana Wagner in Colorado who did a post on adding a border. Yes, you do need to switch back and forth between HTML and WYSIWYG but it gets easier once you have done it a few times.

I am a 5-7 minute walk to the resort and I overlook the golf course (back yard). So when your friend goes to buy or sell you'll refer them to me, right? LOL
