I teach mortgage loan officer courses at Champion's School of Real Estate in Dallas. Primarily I teach the preparatory course for loan officers getting ready to take the loan officer or mortgage broker licensing exam. It's a 10 hour, one day course and so I like to break up the sections coming back from a break with a video clip.

I came across the clip below about a year ago and while it isn't uproariously funny, it's a nice diversion and mixes up the style of course content.  The clip was shot by Bill Woodall who is a local real estate investment club president.

So my question to the AR community is....do you know any more funny real estate oriented clips? Link them in the comments if you will please. I would like to find a couple of others to use for class.
