The first column tells us that there are 26 homes currently active priced between $190,000-$200,000 in Liberty Twp. Ohio and West Chester Ohio combined and that the Absorption Rate is 7.80.

These statistics are constantly evolving. We see that the Absorption Rate for $210,000-$220,000 is currently at 4.67, this is very low. Six months from now this price point could be at the 10.71 absorption rate we see at $230,000-$240,000. Knowing the CURRENT Absorption Rates in your area and around your price range is critical in pricing your home to sell.
