Well What du ya know

Well finally an extension of the Tax Credit to close out any Contracts that may be out there, Always funny how they wait till the last minute to extend Tax credits, its already confusing for most people as it is, now you got them jumping through hoops for Circuses whom know not their Ringleader.

At least the Tax Credit has been extended until September 30th

That should definitely help those FHA loans that have not quite closed yet, or if your one of those with a 203K Loan, I can only Imagine.
