Thanks Debe. Yes I ma looking to become the Solivita expert!! Prices are 70% higher than Poinciana AND I can sell property from a golf cart!! And of course since we now live there it's a perfect opportunity. As an added bonus short sales are rare in Solivita.

Sounds like a great place, wish I was in the market in Florida. I think active adult communities are super! We have one here in St. George and I love to sell homes there.
