Chantilly Highlands Homes for Sale, Herndon/Oak Hill VA 20171. June 17, 2010 Home Sales Report 
Sam: From everything I have heard Chantilly Highlands is a place I should consider when buying my next home.. Can you tell me more about it?
If you would please post those Chantilly Highlands homes that are currently on the market as well as those under contract?
Just so I can track values, could you also report on those Chantilly Highlands Homes that have SOLD in the last three months?
Steve: Happy to do Sam. Chantilly Highlands is a community of single family homes in Fairfax County located between Herndon Virginia and Chantilly. Dulles Airport is approximately 5 miles down the road as is the adult playground of Reston Town Center.
Chantilly Highlands has Oak Hill Elementary school within its boundaries, a playground, a pool (home of the Chantilly Highlands Dolphins Swim Team), community center and tennis courts.
It is conveniently located between the Fairfax County Parkway and Centreville road. The major Tech Corridor artery of Route 28 is 1.5 miles away. Chantilly High School and Franklin Middle School also serve the community. Transportation options, shopping and entertainment abound within a few miles in each direction of the community.
Many people walk to the Franklin Farm Shopping Center which has a grocery store, liquor store, a couple hair salons, coffee shop, fast food and sit down dining, a dry cleaners, and Sears Hardware (a true convenience!) …pretty much everything you need for happiness.

There is only one home on the market as of today. However, Jan and Steve will be bringing 2902 MOTHER WELL CT, HERNDON, VA 20171 , a 4 bedroom beauty in the mid $600's to the market in 2 weeks. Watch this space for more info!
