Trulia GuysOnline WalkThru just completed a two week stint out West. We had the privilege of attending the CEO Exchange in Sedalia, CO and Inman Connect in San Francisco, CA. One interesting segment at the Inman conference was Trulia's Jamie Glenn discussing the Top 50 Online Ways to Market Real Estate.

We had wonderful intentions of posting each and every one of these, but alas the work waiting at home made it impossible. Well, thanks to the Inman blog and Jamie Glenn, the presentation was posted online for all to benefit from. (Of course we'd love to see a list like this for luxury). But kudos to Trulia and Inman for teaming up on this information.

Thanks for the post.  I have saved the file for later review and implementation.  The internet is certainly becoming THE marketplace for real estate.

Excellent list. I checked out the names on the "50" and there are some I was not aware of. I will be doing my research. Thanks for the post.

It is always interesting to keep on top of changes to the industry.  It keeps everyone on their toes.  I am not convinced all can be done on-line yet!

I'll be taking a look.  I'm interested to see the venues that show up.

Karen, You are most welcome...thanks for stopping by.

Joan, I definitely agree.  There is more to marketing than an online presence.  Still it's good to keep up to date on successful avenues of marketing in any realm.

Lane, There are more new venues than any of us can keep up with.

Best,

Eric

Thanks so much for sharing the list.  As a newer agent I wondered how many places there were to list on line, I had no idea there were so many.  Very valuable info.  Debbie

Anyone have any recommendations as to what sites have worked best for them?  Most of my internet hits come from Google, I've found.

Paul,
Great question.  Not being a fellow agent, I feel my feedback would not be as useful for you.  Seems like if you gave some details and made the query a bit more specific, it might make for a great AR post.  Hope you find what you're looking for.
