Day 47: Kids Carnival at Mayfaire - Another fun thing to do in Wilmington - take the kids to the carnival to have some fun and at the same time help feed children at risk of hunger this summer!! Did you know that there are over 26,000 children in Columbus, New Hanover, Pender and Brunswick counties that receive free or reduced meals at school? In the summer time they do not have access to such programs and here is where you can help. Come out for the fun - No Sleeves Magic will perform, there will be music, inflatable jumping castles, face painting for a donation and FREE mini sundaes from Cold Stone Creamery for the first 500 people. The event is Saturday, June 19 11am to 2pm at 900 Town Center Wilmington at Mayfaire Town Center.
