Oh those prices! That house would be at least $600-700,000 in my area and it would be snapped up. We have trouble getting larger lots and anything on water is very difficult to find. A wonderful presentation of this home Teri!

Teri - this home reminds me of a Sunriver home...very nicely presented

Wow , what a great price for lakefront property home near Minneapolis, MN! A 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 2/3 of an acre with tons of great feature should sell quickly. Appears to be a well kept home. The patio looks very serene and inviting! Good luck!

Joanne--All Ham Lake homes are on large lots...It is one of the favorite reasons that people select this area. Our home prices are excellent values compared with many other parts of the country, that is for certain! Thanks for your comments!

Thesa--I think there are many areas in Minnesota that would be very similar to Sunriver Oregon!

Gagliardi's, Susie and Mana--It is an enviromental lake/wetland so no boating is allowed but plenty of beautiful wildlife to enjoy! It is very near Coon Lake, the largest full recreational lake in Anoka County. There are trails in the winter to snowmobile...And for summer recreation, the public boat launch is just 5 minutes away!

Wow! I loved the entrance to this one. The backyard is divine too! I would love to live in this one if it were here in Kentucky. Can you bring it over here?

Mana--It is very beautiful...the wetlands and natural open areas and lakes bring loons, bald eagles, falcons, red tailed hawks, wild turkeys, white tailed deer and of course the occassional raccoon family. :)

Beautiful curb appeal and the landscaping is gorgeous!! The fireplace is alittle bulky for my taste but it is truly a nice home! I am sure it will sell.

What an incredible view! I only wish I lived closer to a lake so I could wake-up every morning listening to the melodious birds singing. The fireplace is incredible...I'm sure in person it is quite impressive.
