Winning with Foreclosures-A Workshop For Buyers

Buying a Foreclosure

Foreclosed and foreclosing properties still dominate many of today's US real estate markets-more than four years after the sharpest observers saw the market shift coming, and more than two years after the reality hit home for millions of American home owners.

This workshop will teach you:

* The six factors driving the distressed property opportunity

* Myths about the market, and the realities that will help you succeed

* How distressed property deals are different, and what to expect

* How to get your offer accepted and contract closed

* How to be a winning buyer in today's market

There is NO CHARGE for the Class, and you can bring a guest - but you must pre-register.
