The Orlando Regional Market Update came out today. I thought I would share the data with everyone.  The data shows that we are still experiencing a buyers market with an inventory of over 26,000 homes currently on the market. Sales were also down almost 50% from July 06. With this many homes on the market buyers are sure to be able to find some great dfeals out there.
