There are so many things to do and see in, and 
around, Lake Arrowhead, and if you're the outdoorsy type, then you may enjoy camping. Check out the San Bernardino Forest Dept website and start planning your outdoor events: hiking or camping or picnicking. You'll also learn how to have a safe, mountain experience.
If you're a camper, you just may WANT to reserve your camping spot SOON. I drove thru "Dogwood Campground" a while back on my way to the office and and found it to be one of the best kept secrets in Lake Arrowhead.
