Gotta Love This!

By
Real Estate Agent with Realty Five of Defiance

When I opened up my real estate brokerage back in November of last year, I was questioned why I would even consider opening up an real estate company now with all that's going on in the economy.  I was reminded just the other day of why we do what we do.  Below is a letter I received from one of our most recent clients.

To:  Scott and the Realty Five Team

Guys,

I wanted to thank you for all your help in buying our new home.  Your team at Realty Five was always on top of everything, from keeping us informed too what we could expect throughout the whole process.  Our family would recommend the team at Realty Five to anyone interested in buying or selling home.

And the best part of the process was being able to say that I helped your give to Christmas for Kids.  Giving back to the community is such an important part of what our family values and the opportunity to do this, we can only thank you for the opportunity.

So again, thanks for everything

Matt and Ashley

Hopefully, you have received a letter like this lately, but if you have not then maybe this one will put a smile on your face and will encourage you to continue doing your best to make your client's life better. We can't buy better advertising or marketing than clients who love us.

Hi Scott,   Your post brings up a difficult issue for me.  My ratings ( anon by customers )  over the entire 2009  were amazing.  I simply don't feel comfortable using this kind of info in my marketing, etc.

Lori.  We are definitely getting more and more letters and notes and it really is a blessing.

Bill, nobody wants to toot their own horn too much but it's nice to have others do that for us.  I ask for permission to use comments and letters of this kind as marketing for me.  They are always real excited about being a part of what we do.

Michele, Thanks we do have big dreams and together with our clients we are reaching them.

Scott,

I am new to the business and that is definitely the reason why I go into real estate, is the ability to help someone through the best and most stressful experience ever.  To learn that they felt I worked really hard on their behalf and helped them realize their dream.

I am still waiting on that first letter, thank you for sharing.
