Cynthia...that is a big plus for your fair city of Indianapolis, IN .

Ihad these clients a while back and they were flabbergasted at our prices. Of course they wanted to be one mn to the beach. I also like that your market didnt go through that crazy appreciation in 2004-2005 and instead has this steady appreciation. Some made a bundle here, and some are sooo streched now .I prefer a steady, solid appreciation and  I hope that this is the direction we are taking now. WE are adjusting our prices dramatically for the last 10 months. It about time and this helps. Indianapolis looks solid.Of curse you have alot of houses in your city which we would consider underpriced.

Congrats on the ranking.  It's nice to know there are still a few affordable towns.  We had two towns in our area make the list - Apex #14 and Holly Springs #22..

Indianapolis and Cleveberg yes, Detroit a definite no.  Ask the thousands of people who are running in the opposite direction from the Ren Cen if Detroit is within the top three for buying a dream home......
