Well, actually W Happy Valley Road between N 67th Ave and N Lake Pleasant Pkwy in Peoria, AZ has been open since December 2009, but it always amazes me how many people are unaware of it!
The long awaited road extension connects residents of Terramar to the multitudes of shopping that is available at Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant (such as at the Lake Pleasant Towne Center), as well as opening up another avenue into Vistancia. It definitely saves minutes and miles!
