As people head for destinations east (The Hamptons) and south (The Jersey Shore), those of us who stay in the city can take advantage of what has become a New York City tradition: Restaurant Week! This summer, New Yorkers get to enjoy another extended Restaurant Week and dine at Manhattan's trendiest and best restaurants from July 12-25, 2010 (extended to two weeks once again this summer by popular demand).
New York's top restaurants will serve three-course lunches for $24.07(in a play on 24/7) Keep in mind that the discounts are not good on Saturdays, however, some restaurants are offering deals on Sundays) and three-course dinners for $35.00 (beverage, tax and gratuity not included).
Notable on the list of participating restaurants are: the Megus uptown and downtown, Spice Market, Dos Caminos, Nobu, Tao, One If By Land, Two If By Sea, Blue Water Grill, and many others.
You can make reservations for New York Summer Restaurant Week 2010 starting on June 29th.
The NYC & Company New York City Restaurant Week site will provide a full list of participating restaurants and more details when reservations open on June 29, 2010.
