Bear Creek Subdivision in Wentzville MO May 2010 Real Estate Update
Located on the west side of Wentzville Bear Creek Subdivision is a golf course community made up of different lifestyles. Those lifestyles include Villas, Single Family Homes and Townhomes. There is something for everyone. I have had the opportunity to play the 18 hole golf course a number of time and have never had a bad day of golf. Now as far as my scores that is a whole other post. Bear Creek Subdivision is close to shopping, restaurants, places of worship, Highway 70 and more.
In looking at the May year over year sales Bear Creek subdivision is holding its own. In May 2009 there was one(1) home* sold and in May 2010 there was one(1) home* sold.
The days on market* for May 2009 was 99 days and for May 2010 was 183.
Keep that in mind if you're shopping for a home. Homes priced correctly and in good condition are selling... and in some cases they're selling quickly.
