What's in a Name?

Ever notice when you're networking with other professionals in the market place they always say their company is the best to work for?  How do you measure that really? We all have different needs and wants in an office or company and maybe that's the answer, what ever fits your needs the best is the best place to be.  Some companies offer prestige, others offer training and even others yet provide a family atmosphere.  I talk to several new agents every day and each has a different reason for being at one place over another.

The thing is it doesn't matter where you work.  What matters is hitting the streets every day and branding you.  A very wise man once told me that and it took me working for a huge company and paying a premium for doing so to realize that.  It's your name that matters, not the name on the card.  Your clients are buying you, your energy, your professionalism.

Have a great weekend out in the field branding you, I know I will be.

I 100% agree.  There is a place for everyone and all in all clients chose us for who we are.  We are in a service oriented buisness and as long as we make our clients happy they will return and hopefully refer theri friends and family to us.  (Or so we hope.)
