Let The Games Begin - World Cup 2010, Day 10

Day 9 of World Cup 2010 the field is starting to grow smaller.  Cameroon was defeated for a second time and will be packing to go home.  Today brings a couple of interesting matches.

First, here are yesterday's results.  Ghana and Australia finished in a 1 - 1 tie, Netherlands defeated Japan 1 - 0 and Denmark sent Cameroon packing with a 2 - 1 defeat.

Sunday June 20, 2010 World Cup 2010 enters Day 10.

There will be a lot of people gathering together to see both Italy and Brazil go at it in different games.  Being Father's Day in parts of the World, families will be getting an early start with their celebrations.

 

Game 27 will be between Slovakia and Paraguay and played at Free State (Bloemfontein), with a capacity for the World Cup of 48,000.

Game 28 will be between Italy and New Zealand and played at Mbombela Stadium (Nelspruit), with a capacity for the World Cup of 43,500.

Game 29 will be between Brazil and Ivory Coast at Soccer City  (Johannesbury), with a capacity for the World Cup of 94,700.
