We also have the know-how and resources readily available to quickly repair and rescore your clients credit, in most cases, if a glitch should suddenly hit in the middle of a new purchase transaction.  Also, keep in mind we are able to obtain second home or investment property at almost the same rates as if owner-occupied.  We can also help your borrowers with a needed cash out refi to buy additional properties, always obtaining the best funding by using the best creative solutions.  We are also happy to provide pre-approval letters if required.
