Welcome to the world of Home Staging!  We’d love to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and tell you about a Home Staging Class we are offering to Homeowners.  We are Kelly Siebold, ISP, and Jessica Kincaid, ISP, owners of PlatinumStaging, located and doing business in the Greater Portland Area.   

Statistics, as well as our own personal experience, show how Home Staging can impact the sale of a house, from the length of time on the market to the actual selling price.  Whether you have used a Home Stager before or are completely new to the process, here’s what PlatinumStaging can offer you: 

• We are certified International Staging Professionals which means that we undertook an intensive staging course, garnered the highest marks and graduated with certificates from Quality of Course, Inc. 

• We are committed to offering personal service to each and every client. 

• We won’t tell your clients to spend thousands of dollars fixing up the house they intend to sell.  Rather, we creatively find ways to use what they already have and make it more appealing to potential buyers. 

• We keep up with the current market and trends of Portland, Oregon and the nation in general to give homeowners the right ideas to make their home appeal to a variety of people.      

With that being said, we would love to tell you about a new class we are offering to Homeowners.  We'll be showing them how to de-clutter and de-personalize, arrange furniture for maximum space and viewing, create warmth and light, modernize, improve curb appeal and more...
