Yep, it's the dry figures that REALLY helps one understand the local/current market.  Whether their an agent, in the market for buying or selling, or just an information hound!  ;-)

And, for those potential clients that are analytical in nature, there can't be anything too much better than seeing a post with facts and figures.  This is definitely my personality type and I really relate with those type folks!
