We call this group the carpal tunnel generation.  They know computers and we have seen stats that 99.8% of these buyers and sellers start their search in the internet and come very prepared and educated.

Kellie, yep you are correct! Today's buyers and sellers are stalking agents online for as much as 18 months before they will feel comfortable enough to do business with an agent.
