Denver continues to see the real estate market slowly regain some stability as this new foreclosure report points out. Although, we certainly aren't out of the woods, Denver's continuing home price increases, sold units and now this foreclosure news provides some signs of stability-and more importantly, hints that some homeowners are starting to see some relief from lenders.
