Today's tip is a simple one, but provides so much in home appeal when it comes to some extra storage space. We are currently listing a home in which we were having difficulty in providing some extra storage space for the client. I've seen this mentioned before so we decided to go ahead and install some wire shelving in her garage as well as a long shelf above her washer. Our client has responded that she has gotten so many inquiries about the shelving and how much larger her spaces look.
Therefore this is a great tip to share, especially when buyers are looking for storage space while keeping the main spaces of the home open!
