Comparative Market Analyses and Broker Price Opinions are common tasks to most Realtors®. We strive to find the closest comparables possible and are used to making adjustments for the differences that seem unavoidable. We see a lot things, pretty and not so pretty.
And then every once in a while we come across a property that is just "one of a kind" with no other comparables coming even close.
This was the case with this old house I came across the other day during an interior BPO. You know how the saying goes, "one man's trash is another's treasure", someone may have taken that a little too far with this one!
I hesitated even entering the house and circled the outside first before venturing in. After I made it out alive, I feel this is an experience worth sharing.
Look! This home comes with a car!
... and a yummy kitchen.. every cook's delight! Appliances optional.
... lots of treasures in the garage included!
.... while the bathroom appears almost normal...
... the bedrooms make you want to walk on clouds..
I can see the marketing tag line now:
Fixer Upper Home for Sale, looking for new owner, lots of potential, needs a little TLC!
