13 Comments on Safe Haven Realtor Program with ADT
Good advice, Dorie. I know so many people with security systems who don't bother to turn them on.
As you said, this program sounds like a no-brainer to me too!
Hi Patricia,
I do too and with so many leaving on vacations there are those just waiting to gain entrance to your home!
Good afternoon Craig,
This program is just another way we can give added value to our services!
Hi Dorie, Thanks for letting me know about this service. The other day, one of my associates accidently set off an alarm. IT WAS LOUD! The owner said, don't worry, at least when I'm away the neighbors know I have an alarm. :-)
Hi Dorie! Great service and I was unaware of this program. I know CPI has a similar one but, it's always great to give the homeowners options! Thanks for sharing...
Good morning Dorie, Yes, Because of our society, crime is on the rise. I can remember a time when most folks never locked their doors...
Helping you help others live their American dream...
Good morning Mary,
When that alarm goes off it is loud! The other morning I left early for my walk and I forget to disarm our security system. I got to the end of our driveway and it went off. Poor Geno was lifted right out of bed! I haven't done that since!!
Good morning Debe,
It s a new plan and offered through referrals from Realtors. Every penny counts!
Good morning Michael,
Isn't that the truth! Actually it wasn't long ago when you could leave your doors unlocked..not anymore!
Alarm Systems are an excellent idea. But Safe Haven is a terrible company. You may receive a nice giftcard, but be warned. If you are the realtor who recommends them, your reputation will suffer. They hire incompetent installers and their follow-up on issues is shameful. Their stock response is "Corporate ADT is responsible for that".
If you don't want your clients bad-mouthing you, don't recommend Safe Haven.

I am a safe haven subscriber, I recieved my 100 referral after I had to Bug the rep that sold it to me. Talking of delays and so forth. Then it came to my sister getting her referral since she was my relator and it took longer and was more trouble. Before the end of the year I referred my friend at work, he signed up for a 12 year contract that he paid all at once. Then they tell him and me that we wont get our 100 bucks until 18 months. So I emailed the rep and she said she would check with her Boss, that was over 2 weeks ago. And I have emaild her twice and no response, so in my book its a freaking scam. I mean the guy signed up for 1 year and paid for in advance and he and I wont get squat for 18 months, by that time who will remember it? so it will work right into the plan of promise but not pay for the referral. Personally I would shop somewhere else if you are planning on a referral bonus.
