Grafton County market report for Residential, Condominiums and Mobile home sales from January 1, through July of 2007. There are currently 1553 properties currently on the market.

Grafton County is the second largest county in New Hampshire covering 1747 square miles and it encompasses a lot of towns.

Grafton County Town

This area is home to many popular cultural and recreational opportunities. It also allows easy access from 3 major Interstates such as 89, 91 and 93.

That sounds like a lot of inventory but when you look at the fact that Grafton County has 38 towns...it is really not a lot!

We have a lot of towns here in Rockingham County, although I've never counted them, but I know I scroll through quite a few to get to some of the towns over here in my areas.

Ann, not so much swithching territories but getting our name out their for localism, Moni did it in the beginning of the year and we received a lot of traffic. We are able to refer out buyers and sellers.
