Be an Exhibit Expert, too: Interview with Susan Ratliff of Exhibit Experts Phoenix AZ
As I discussed in my previous blog about the exhibits at the Business Expo in Phoenix, AZ, booths take quite some preparation in order to be taken seriously. Almost like rehearsing a script, you need to know your lead lines and your "speech" before the expo even begins. If you want those leads, you have to work for them, not just sit down and wait until someone begins speaking with you.
While I already knew a lot about the attention to detail that goes into a successful exhibit, Susan Ratliff's seminar really reminded me how useful exhibits are if they're used to their fullest potential. I spoke with Susan at the Business Expo, and she talked with me about how she got started in the exhibit business as well as her upcoming seminars and classes.
As she mentions in the video, Susan will be having a boot camp for small business owners -- specifically for women. Here you can network with hundreds of successful business owners, speak to prominent corporate sponsors, mingle with dynamic industry experts and meet women you can relate to.
The 2010 Women Entrepreneurs' Small Business Boot Camp will be supporting Phoenix Youth at Risk. This program aims to change the lives of approximately 40 at-risk teens for the better.
