I just received word that the six month moratorium on the off shore drilling ban issued by Obama has been overturned by the Judge in Louisiana.

The White House will be issuing a response shortly stating that they will issue a repeal.

Wow, John. I knew to expect a decision today, but you are my initial source. I know this is a subject of debate here on AR, but this decision is going to met with a lot of cheers from those thousands of oil workers and service companies dependent on the oil industry.

This is really good news for the economy in that area. It also demonstrates a brave judge.
Now there is another really big issue to rise to. States Rights are truly a major part of The Constitution. It is time for the states to band together and fight against the systematic destruction of The Constitution and the freedoms that it maintains. Is it time to call for a Constitutional Convention?
Destroying the already fragile economy in the Gulf region will not have any sort of positive impact. It is as if this president thinks he can talk away problems...

I don't think he is trying to go around the legal system. He is totally trashing our legal system and especially The Constitution. Maybe he studied it just so he can wipe it out.
