Marketing to free sites is a priceless tool all real estate agents should utilize.  As a Team Leader, one of my jobs is to find free sites in which our clients can use to market their listings.  One of our most popular and frequently used is Craigslist.   Not only is Craigslist FREE, it's very simple to use.  Combining marketing efforts with other free sites that generate HTML codes, such as Postlets, creates a very professional looking ad that Craigslist shoppers are sure to view.

As a real estate agent, there are plenty of things you have to pay for to prosper in business.  There some truth to the old saying that you have to spend money to make it, but if good services are yours for the taking - do the math!

However, Craigslist is not the only free site out there.  Some other very popular free sites are Postlets, Kijiji, Oodle, Backpage, Adoos, and Trulia.  There are so many ways to combine marketing efforts and use all of these sites to blast your listings all over the internet.  All of these sites are so simple to use and take very little time to post.  Another duty as Team Leader is to make sure we have plenty of people that are trained in all of these sites so we can handle the client load.  We started with the subgroup called the Craigslist Team.  This team is doing so well we are now starting to form other subgroups to include the sites listed above.

 Many of these free sites, syndicate to other popular and high traffic sites such as Youtube, Facebook, and Craigslist (that's right, they'll post it for you), and several others.  With tools like these, how can you afford not to use them?  From a non real estate person, it seems to me like a no brainer.  Free = Priceless.
