So who are the worst and the best banks or loan servicing companies to deal with on short sales, and why?

Just wanted to take a survey and ask everyone, based on your opinion and experiences, who are the best and/or worst banks you have deal with on short sales?

This can be any of your experiences on both the buyer or seller side.

Do you see any improvements over the past year with any of the banks?

Any recent positive success stories to share?

Any recent "not-so-positive" experiences that made your hair hurt and your teeth itch?

Inquiring minds want to know.............

Hi Ralph... I like this post, but somehow it just seems like an invitation to commit libel.

Good question. I think most people have some trouble with collection agencies or recovery agencies in the second position, don`t you?
