If you are looking for an oceanfront condo bargain, there are no accepted offers yet on 14G, priced at $1,697,500 (for a penthouse that sold for $2.4 million in 2006).
No foreclosures (REOs) are currently on the market at Halii Kai, so these short sales and the few remaining developer units with ocean view are your true "best buys".
