Highlands Ranch Real Estate - Homes with a View

BUYING REAL ESTATE IN HIGHLANDS RANCH - YOU WANT A MOUNTAIN VIEW???? 

One of the most requested features that I receive from home buyers here in Highlands Ranch and other areas of the Denver Metro area, is to look at property with a view.  They are generally referring to a Mountain View - but there are times when open space suits them fine or a city lights view is desired.  But for the most part, its the Mountain View folks are after. 

If this sounds like you, you are in luck - as there are plenty to go around right now.  Yes, it is true - the best homes that are priced accurately in Highlands Ranch are still selling quickly - so if you are wanting a great home, in a great location, in great condition at a great price -AND with a mountain view - you need to still be relatively quick.  But with that said, there are still some great options out there. 

Just yesterday I viewed homes for sale in Highlands Ranch with Mountain Views in the $260,000 to $330,000 price range and I saw several that were really great and would suit many folks.  Some were priced excellent, others need some work in that area - but if they truly want to sell, they will come around.  (There are even some Mountain View properties available below the $260,000 price where I started this search - so there is something for everyone.)

In the $300,000 - $400,000 price range, there are even more options in Highlands Ranch for mountain view real estate for sale, some even with the added bonus of open space, a finished basement, a cul-de-sac location, more square footage or a 3 car garage. 

Above $400,000 to $500,000 and its possible tow or 3 of those added features would be included, and in some cases all and generally at least 4 bedrooms.  And from $500,000 up (to over $1,000,000) there are Mountain View homes that will please the even the most picky of the home buyers.  All in all, there are currently 218 resale homes available today, right now, that are described as heaving some type of mountain view. 

The bottom line is, there is inventory in Highlands Ranch.  And if you are looking for a home with a Mountain View, there are plenty to choose from.   If you are interested in viewing real estate with a mountain view in Highlands Ranch (or any Denver real estate for that matter) it would be my pleasure to assist you.
