I became a Realtor several years ago after investing in real estate for over a decade. I have a passion for finding people their dream homes, and making it happen. I understand and respect that you feel your house may be worth something, but you just have to trust and believe that the market value doesn't think so. I agree that you shouldn't have to do all those modifications to your home before you sell it, but I know the picky buyers, and you have to trust that I am telling you the truth.
I understand and respect that you feel you shouldn't pay a dollar over what you think the property should sell for, and I agree with you 100%. However, you have to trust me when I tell you this property is on fire and there are multiple offers coming in and you need to make yours shine. You need to believe that I am telling you the truth.
I am a salesperson, and my business succeeds only because of your satisfaction. You see, it doesn't pay for me to lie to you, give you false hope, or otherwise mislead you. It is in my best interest to confide in you, and have you confide in me SO YOU AND I CAN CLIMB THAT LADDER TO YOUR GOAL AS A TEAM.
