As you know, stagers need contacts  with anyone associated with the furniture/fabric/art/home accessory, etc business.  Well earlier today I had  the great good luck of meeting Mr. Art Vandalay.  My hearing is not what it used to be as I thougt he said his name was  Art Corvalay, Of course, I must have misunderstood.   During the course of our conversation, he related to me he was previously in the publishing business, personally publishing "Venetian Blinds."   He seems very intelligent as he knows something about absolutely nothing....Gotcha

Now I understand how you earned a B.S in Fashion Merchandising...... does the B. S.  have a double meaning ?

BTW have you ever heard of a little town called Houston , MS...that is where I am from and my Dad still lives there...

Stacy...well, the day after I graduated from High School, I got on my motorcycle and moved to California and later moved to Memphis, Oklahoma City, and eventually to Chicago. All pretty much work related moves. Unfortunately, when I lived in California I was in the LA area and so never went to San Francisco, which if I had, I am certain I would be living there today. During part of my career, I was in San Francisco once a month for about four years and I fell in love with the city.
