Steve, I just saw that this morning... I'm stunned... HUD's plan to end homelessness nationwide. Don't you think it'd be more appropriate, rather than spending on outprograms, for them to circle the wagons and rebuild the value of HUD (rather than anticipating that the taxpayers are going to rebuild HUD?)
