Want to save money AND energy this summer while staying cool? As members of the National Association of Realtors, one of our benefits is being partnered with industry leaders who offer us value-added services. Lowe's is one such partner. Each morning I receive tips and market-worthy articles from RISMedia, sponsored by Lowe's, that can enhance our knowledge of our industry, inform us of market trends, and provide money-saving tips.

How about using your ceiling fan more and set your air conditioner's thermostat at a higher setting?
I hope these Tips to Keep your House Cooler this Summer will inspire you to use less energy while keeping cool, because here in central Mississippi, it feels like the Dog Days of Summer are here already! And, let me know if you have other practical ideas to keep energy costs down.
