I am guessing that it would depend on which Congress you ran them through. Depending on who was in charge, they could come out pretty well... or maybe not so much.

Steve: The first thought that comes to mind is that if the Bush Congress re-wrote the Fifth Commandment... it would have changed from Thou Shalt Not Kill... to Thou Shalt Only Kill if You Think You Have a Good Reason to.
