With the ending of the First Time Homebuyers Tax Credit I thought I would take a look at some of Wilson County's statistics since January of this year. These are figures for Floresville, TX.
There are currently 136 active single family residences for sale with a total of $29,500,000 in inventory and 14 under contract for a figure of $2,100,000. 47 units sold with a days on market average of 163 days for a total of $7,700,000.
I will keep up with the same statistics to compare for the wave after the First Time Homebuyers Tax Credit ends as many people wonder how this is affecting the market.
