In this project, the furnishings and decor and art work had already been placed inside the house for staging.
As the home stager I only arranged what was already there.

Here is the living room arranged. I took the couch which was pushed under the front windows and floated it at an angle in front of the fireplace. I added decor to the fireplace and found the living room lamps in the bedroom and found the sofa table in the "office" and that is pretty much it! Voila, buyer move in ready to kick up one's feet in the recliner to watch TV or just chill out!
Kitchen BEFORE:
The Kitchen was just a little rearrangement of the decor. The Palm Harbor Manager stated that they wanted it to look like someone lives here. That explains the spices by stove. The spices are real. Now with a skillet and some fresh food in that refrigerator, one could cook lunch!

This is the only photo that I have of the dining and need to retake, but can see that there is a big table, and a lot of space for dining and a lot of light!!!

MASTER BEDROOM WAS TRANSFORMED TO A MASTER SUITE, BY MOVING THE BED TO THE WALL OPPOSITE TO THE DOOR AND BRING IN TWO CHAIRS FOR A SEATING AREA!

THIS IS A 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH PLUS A HOME OFFICE, WHICH IS INCREDIBLE! THE HOME OFFICE HAS IT'S OWN ENTRANCE AND THE DESK IS BUILT-IN.

THE MASTER BATH IS HUGE WITH A SPA-LIKE TUB AND A BIG ENOUGH SHELF BEHIND THE TUB THAT I PLACED A BIG METAL FISH SCULPURE THAT I FOUND THERE.
IT JUST SEEMED REASONABLE THAT A FISH SHOULD BE CLOSE TO THE WATER!!! THIS IS A REALLY NICE MODEL, TAKE A LOOK ONSITE JUST OFF I-20 & HICKORY, ABILENE, TX.
REARRANGING ART AND FURNISHINGS IS SOMETIMES ALSO CALLED INTERIOR REDESIGN, OR STAGE-TO-LIVE.
I CAN HELP YOU STAGE IT AND LIST IT AND SELL IT AS WELL. I STAGE VACANT HOMES, OCCUPIED HOMES AND NOW STAGE PALM HARBOR MODEL HOMES!
