Ahh, Cary real estate...  One of the best kept secrets it seems in the nation!  But with all the attention Cary has been getting and with the influx of people relocating to the Triangle, it won't stay a  secret for long! 

As a matter of fact the Triangle Business Journal just recently reported Cary’s population grew almost 6 percent in the past year with a population estimate of 136,600 in 2009. It ranked at No. 179 in country. Now that's growth!

Also thanks to Stacey and the T.A.R.R. Report here's a graph showing the permits pulled doing the 1st quarter of this year compared to last.  Looks like Cary is going to start seeing those lots get built on this year!!  An 86% increase in permits pulled!!  Wow!
