The AIA Nevada Sustainable Practice Award has been established in order to recognize those individuals, firms and organizations who are initiating, and integrating sustainable ideas and practices into their own personal and professional lives, and are thereby, setting a higher standard for others to follow. It is awarded to acknowledge the worthwhile and noteworthy contributions that are being made by those who are committed to creating a more sustainable and livable world.

Eligibility
Any individual, firm, organization or business located in the state of Nevada is eligible for this award. Nominees should exemplify the highest standards of service and commitment to sustainable practices within their business environment and/or personal life; and should exemplify a commitment and a knowledge of sustainability through their leadership efforts. Nominees must be committed to the long -term success and positive attributes of their programs and practices. Individual candidates must be a permanent residents of the state of Nevada and business respondents must have their headquarters and main office located in the state of Nevada.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, August 17, 2007

Submittal binders must be received by the AIA Nevada office by NOON on Friday, September 17, 2007.
