Grilling and chicken go hand in hand. 

4 boneless skinless chicken breast

Olive oil

Juice from one lemon

2 cloves crushed garlic

Salt and pepper to taste 

Pound the chicken until very thin.

Place in plastic bag, add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.

Refrigerate several hours.

Grill until the chicken is done. 

Sometimes simple is definitely best.
