I spoke too soon the other week when I posted that it had been approved....according to reports out today, the Senate turned this bill down for the 3rd time. http://imarketnews.com/?q=node/15555
This means for me that I have one that will more than likely "go south" because they really were in hopes of getting this credit. Of course, the real killer of the deal is that it is a short sale and unless a "miracle" happens between now and the 30th....we will not be closing. A closing by June 30th was a stipulation the Buyers wanted in their contract even though I forewarned them on short sales there can be no guarantee! Of course, here lately in our world, are there any guarantees? Have a great weekend AR!
