HELP Do you know an efficient and inexpensive way to send out an internet newsletter?

I need your techy help.

My broker has asked me to do some research for him on email newsletters. I have heard there are companies out there that will send them out for you at a reasonable rate and will also provide you with stats and other great stuff.

Please send me the names of these companies and your comments & feedback on them.
