Signature Place St Petersburg Florida construction update

Signature Place St Pete Construction 8-11-07

Signature Place condominiums in downtown St. Petersburg Florida are well underway with their construction. From this angle you see the long face of the building, which will be covered with glass. All of these units have a view of Tampa Bay waterfront - and most have a ringside seat for spring training for baseball at Progress Energy Field - or Al Lang Field, as we oldtimers know it.

Signature Place has taken photos each month of construction progress and posted them on their website. That's a great way for their out of town buyers to watch the progress.

Sara, last I checked there was one left. Isn't their website neat? Joel Cantor, the developer, is one who contacted me because of my blogging. We met for lunch and had a great exchange. He really wants to make this project his Signature, and those who are involved as architects or vendors as well.

Back at the first "buyer" gathering, I talked to Joel and the architect along with one of my clients - they were in the west building behind the tower, and found when looking at the new model that the wall to their east was solid, so took away from their view of the bay. Could it be changed? Joel had the architect review it, and they made as large an opening in the wall as was architecturally sound. How's that for customer service?

Recently Joel and his wife took Debbie Newman, their sales manager, with them to Dubai, to check out the condo and hotel gardens there, so that Signature would truly be world class.

Come to St Pete and check it out - and plan to stay with us!
