Exterior painting can really help sell a house quicker and for more money!

How much more value do you Real Estate Professionals think this paint job adds to the home below?

What a difference a little paint can make.

Check out these Before and After photos of a Melbourne, Florida exterior repaint. After we pressure washed this Melbourne home we repaired all of the staircase stucco cracks, applied a clear sealer (due to chalkyness), and applied two coats of Sherwin Williams A100 satin exterior paint.

What a difference. Can you say curb appeal!  It could be the difference between driving by and booking a showing.

Fresh paint and a change of color can mean the world to a home and the neighborhood

Don, Thank you. Yes, I think that new, fresh and clean look from the paint job actually gave the homeowners a more positve attitude on life in general. And many neighbors stopped by to comment on how happy they were. It was an eye sore in a nice neighborhood for sure. Hopefully they did something with the landscape after we finshed the exterior paint job.:)

Paul- I found your post via a re-blog and had to comment on the great job you did, especially with the Before and After pics.  I'm in South Florida and really don't like the mineral stains on the sides of houses and sidewalks.  Your work made a big difference in the curb appeal of the house!

Paul, great examples of before and after. Some people need to see it, they can not imagine it or think it will cost more.
